Abstract: ADDRESS CHANGE REPORTING IS VITAL TO THE EQUITY OF A SELECTIVE SERVICE DRAFT. THE PROPOSED SURVEY WILL ENABLE US TO MEASURE THE COMPLETENESS OF ADDRESS CHANGE REPORTING AND THE ACCURACY OF OUR DATA BASE. IT WILL ALSO ENABLE US TO EVALUATE OUR VERIFICATION PROGRAM. THE SURVEY WILL BEGIN IN APRIL OF 1983.
