Abstract: OES SURVEY MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTS ARE THE PRIMARY SOURCE OF CURRENT MANAGEMENT ON THE STATUS OF STATE OES OPERATIONS. THEY ALLOW FOR EARL IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF STATE COLLECTION PROBLEMS ON AN ONGOING BASIS. THE IDENTIFICATION AND RESOLUTION OF STATE SURVEY COLLECTION PROBLEMS IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THE OES PROGRAM SINC THE DATA COLLECTED ARE THE PRIMARY INPUT TO NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL ESTIMATES & PROJECTIONS PRODUCED BY THE BUREAU FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
