Abstract: THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION REQUIRES PRIVATE AIRCRAFT ARRIVING VIA THE U.S./MEXICAN BORDER OR THE PACIFIC ATLANTIC, OR GULF COASTS TO NOTIFY CUSTOMS IN 15 MINUTES BEFORE CROSSING THE BORDER OR COASTLINE, AND ALSO PROVIDES INFORMATION WHICH ENHANCES ENFORCEMENT CAPABILITY TO IDENTIFY SUSPECT AIRCRAFT AND ALERTS INSPECTIONAL PERSONNEL TO AIRCRAFT REQUIRING EXTENSIVE INSPECTION.
