Abstract: THE MARKETING CARD (MQ-76) IS ISSUED BY THE COUNTY ASCS OFFICE TO A PRODUCER FOR USE IN MARKETING TOBACCO PRODUCED ON THE FARM FOR WHICH THE MARKETING CARD IS ISSUED. THE INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION FOR DUPLICATE MARKETING CARD (MQ-117) IS OBTAINED FROM THE FARM OPERATOR F USE BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO ISSUE A REPLACEMENT MARKETING CARD.
