Abstract: THE MARKETING CARD FORM (MQ-76) OR (MQ-77) IS ISSUED BY THE COUNTY ASCS OFFICE TO A PRODUCER FOR USE IN MARKETING TOBACCO PRODUCED ON THE FARM FOR WHICH THE MARKETING CARD IS ISSUED. THE INFORMATION ON THE APPLICATION FOR A DUPLICATE MARKETI CARD (MQ-117) IS OBTAINED FROM THE FARM OPERATOR FOR USE BY THE COUNTY ASCS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO ISSUE A REPLACEMENT MARKETING CARD.
