AN OPERATIONS PLAN FOR A FEDERAL-AID
TRAFFIC SURVEILLANCE AND CONTROL SYSTEM PROJECT IS REQUIRED FROM
THE STATES AND LOCAL AGENCIES TO ASSUR AMONG OTHER THINGS THAT THE
SY STEM AS DESIGNED WILL SERVE THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH INTENDED, AND
THAT ADEQUATE RESOURCES WILL BE AVAILABLE TO OPERATE THE
SYSTEM.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
