Abstract: P.L. 93-383, H&CD ACT OF 1974, SECTION 104(H), AS AMENDED BY P.L. 96-9 153, H&CD ACT OF 1979, SECTION 103(G) IMPOSES NEW CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE REFLECTED IN THE REVISIONS TO FORM HUD-7015.15. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT GRANTEES MUST ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITIES, IN ADDITION TO THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT OF 1969, OTHER PROVISIONS OF LAW SPECIFIED BY BY THE SECRETARY OF HUD.
