Abstract: THE NATIONAL MANUFACTURED HOUSING CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS AC 42 USC 5400 ET SEQ., AUTHORIZES HUD TO PROMULGATE AND ENFORCE STANDARD FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF MOBILE HOMES. THE FOUR REPORTS ARE NECESSARY T ENSURE PROPER PAYMENT AND ALLOCATION OF THE FEE CHARGED FOR CERTIFICATION LABELS. THE FORMS ALSO AID THE DEPARTMENT'S ENFORCEMENT ACTIVITIES.
