granted for two years to allow FCC to conduct an orderly
replacement of its current licensee EEO requirements. FCC must
includ in its FY 1985 Information Collection Budget submission a
report on it progress and plans for replacing its current licensee
EEO requirements including a statement of whether this rulemaking
(FCC Docket 21474) ha been included as a priority review in FCC's
regulatory agenda. The report should explain how FCC will reach a
reasoned judgement on the need for licensee EEO reporting
requirements.
