Abstract: STATUTE PERMITS NCUA TO EXAMINE FEDERALLY INSURED STATE CHARTERED CREDIT UNIONS. STATUTE ALSO PROVIDES FOR USING STATE EXAMINATION REPORTS TO THE EXTENT FEASIBLE FOR DETERMINING INSURABILITY AND CONTINUED INSURABILITY. TO AID IN DETERMINING CONTINUED INSURABILITY OF FEDERALLY INSURED STATE CHARTERED CREDIT UNIONS, STATE EXAMINERS COMPLETE AND FURNISH THIS FORM FOR EACH EXAMINATION.
