Abstract: INFORMATION RELATIVE TO OFFSHORE PIPELINES IS COLLECTED FROM OFFSHORE OIL AND GAS LESSEES. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ENABLE THE MINERALS MANAGEMENT SERVICE TO ASSURE THAT PIPELINES ARE PLANNED, INSTALLED, AND MAINTAINED IN A WAY TO ASSURE SAFETY PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, AND PREVENTION OF WASTE.
