clearance is approved through December l984. The Department is to
arrange to meet with OMB staff early in l984 to permit full
discussion of the purpose, need, burden, and utility of the
information collected in the Job Corps procurement process. OMB is
seriously concerned that the burden of the procurement activities
covered by this approval has been importantly under estimated by
the Department. The Department is to reconsider the estimate and is
to either further explain why the estimate is accurate or provide a
new estimate and explanation of its basis when the Department
requests an extension or revision of this approval
