This paperwork is approved for a full three year period. The Food and Nutrition Service has adequately addressed OMB's concerns over the status of eligibility of shelters during a three year period. However the supporting statement contains an apparent contradiction of state ments regarding reeligibility determinations. On page four, it is implied eligibility determinations are not completed each time an applicant applies for food stamps, whereas, on page six, the exact opposite is stated. Please explain the difference by June l, 1984.
