Abstract: PUBLIC LAW 96-374 STATES THAT "THE SECRETARY SHALL MAINTAIN AND EXPAND EXISTING SECONDARY AND POSTSECONDARY .... COLLEGE ASSISTANCE MIGRANT PROGRAM PROJECTS, WHICH SHALL BE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO STUDEN OF FAMILIES WHO ARE ENGAGED IN MIGRANT AND SEASONAL FARMWORK". THE SERVICES PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR THE TARGE POPULATION IN THEIR FIRST YE OF COLLEGE. SERVICES. DATA WILL BE USED TO SELECT PROGRAM GRANTEES.
