THE REQUIREMENT FOR CERTIFICATIONS AND REPRESENTA TIONS ARE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL PER 5 CFR 1320.15 FOR THE FEDERAL AQUISTION REGULATION BY GSA. THE CONTRACTOR RELEASE AND ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENT ARE CONSIDERED SIMPLE CERTIFICATIONS AND DO NOT REQUIRE OM APPROVAL PER 5 CFR 1320.7(K)(1). GP 1,2, AND 3 ARE REPRINTS AND LISTIN OF FAR CLAUSES AND THEREFORE REQUIRED TO DISPLAY THE CONTROL NUMBERS F EACH CLAUSE REPRINTED.
