AND 661.1. HUD 771 IS NOT APPROVED FOR USE BECAUSE IT DUPLICATES SF
1443. HUD 533 AND 535 ARE APPROVED FOR US THROUGH MARCH 1984. THE
REQUIREMENT FOR CERTIFICATIONS AND REPRESENTA TIONS ARE SUBMITTED
FOR APPROVAL PER 5 CFR 1320.15 FOR THE FEDERAL AQUISTION REGULATION
BY GSA. THE CONTRACTOR RELEASE AND ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENT ARE
CONSIDERED SIMPLE CERTIFICATIONS AND DO NOT REQUIRE OM APPROVAL PER
5 CFR 1320.7(K)(1). GP 1,2, AND 3 ARE REPRINTS AND LISTIN OF FAR
CLAUSES AND THEREFORE REQUIRED TO DISPLAY THE CONTROL NUMBERS F
EACH CLAUSE REPRINTED. PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES FOR TH OF OMB
APPROVAL NUMBERS IN AGENCY SOLICITATIONS AND CONTRACTS AR CONTAINED
IN OFPP POLICY LETTER 83-2.

PROCEDURES TO BE USED IN THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS FOR INTERNAL
STAFF. INFORMATION COLLECTIONS REQUIRED OF THE PUBLIC ARE IN
CONNECTION WITH THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS.
