Terms of Clearance: The Export Administration Act is currently in the process of being reauthorized. Since legislative changes are being considered ~b which may necessitate changes in export regulations and associated reporting and recordkeeping requirements, it would be more appropriate to review this requirement after the law has been reauthorized. Accordingly, a six month approval is being provided.
