The Export
Administration Act is currently in the process of being
reauthorized. Since legislative changes are being considered which
may necessitate changes in export regulations and associated
reporting and recordkeeping requirements, it would be more
appropriate to review this requirement after the law has been
reauthorized. Accordingly, a six month approval is being
provided.
