IF APPROVED, THE FOREIGN IMPORTER WILL NOT BE REQUIRED TO SEND THE USUAL DOCUMENTS TO HIS U.S. EXPORTER SUCH AS AN IMPORT CERTIFICATE, CONSIGNEE PURCHASER STATEMENT, SWISS BLUE IMPORT CERTIFICATE, ETC. NEITHER WILL THE U.S. EXPORTER BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THESE.
