This request for
clearance is approved through September l984. However this approval
will automatically expire on such date as the Department is
released from the requirements of the Court Order resulting from
Civil Action No. 2010-72, U.S.D.C.. The Department is to notify OMB
as to the Court's diposition of the NAACP v. Marshall Settlement
Agreement as soon after the Court makes its determination as is
practical.

EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ADMINISTRATION (ETA) REGULATIONS (20 CFR

THE JTPA REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNCTIONING OF STATE
