Abstract: THIS REGULATIN REQUIRES THE MANUFACTURER TO LABEL THE TIRE PERFORMANCE INFORMATION ON THE TIRE SIDEWALLS. THE MANUFACTURER IS REQUIRED TO FURNISH THE REQUIRED CONSUMER INFORMATION TO ALL DEALERS, AND FIRST PURCHASERS OF A MOTOR VEHICLE.
