Abstract: INFORMATION NEEDED TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TVA TECHNICAL ASSSISTANCE (TADA) FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS IN THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR. INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM THOSE ORGANIZATIONS WICH HAVE RECEIVED TADA FROM TVA AND USED TO DETERMINE WHAT ACTION THEY HAVE TAKEN AND THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARD THE TADA.
