Terms of Clearance: Approved with conditions. This request is approved with the condition that HUD modify the HUDAR to include those forms cited in the OMB remarks to OMB No. 2535-0085. Form HUD-178 does not require approval because the certification of status is approved under this control number. HUD is reminded that should form HUD-178 contain the full text of FAR clauses, then the form must display the OMB control number assigned under the FAR. This condition also applies to the HUDAR requirement. HUD shall report to OMB no later than December 1, 1984, on its progress in this area.
