Abstract: THE SERVICES ORDERED/DELIVERED REPORT IS NEEDED FOR THE PROGRAM AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE TELEPROCESSING SERVICES PROGRAM. IT SERVES AS THE BASELINE FROM WHICH OIRM DETERMINES PAYMENT AND IS A CHE AND BALANCE WITH MONTHLY INVOICES THAT GSA REVIEWS AND UPON WHICH PAYMENT IS MADE. THE RESPONDENTS TO THIS PROGRAM ARE REMOTE COMPUTING COMPANIES.
