ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES A DEFENSE RATED CONTRACT OR ORDER IS SUBJECT TO THE IMPLEMENTING DMS/DPS REGULATIONS AND IS REQUIRED TO RETAIN RECORDS OF THE TRANSACTION FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS.
