Abstract: REQUIRES COAL MINE OPERATORS TO REPORT TO MSHA THE ENVIRONMENTAL NOISE LEVELS TO WHICH EACH MINER IS EXPOSED. THE PURPOSE OF THESE REPORTS IS TO MONITOR THE NOISE LEVELS MINERS ARE EXPOSED TO SO AS TO PREVENT A NOISE INDUCED HEARING LOSS.
