OMB approves
this and all other MSHA paperwork packages with the requirement
that the agency review and determine whether its burden estimates
-- including number of respondents, total annual responses, and
burden hours -- reflect the most current data. MSHA will complete
its comprehensive review by March 1996, submitting the results and
the corrections, if necessary, on an as-completed basis. In
addition, OMB approves the package contingent upon the burden
estimate changes agreed to by DOL over the telephone on
09/29/95.
