Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT WITH CURRENT INFORMATION REGARDING AN AGENCY'S ABILITY TO SATISFACTORILY ADMINISTE ITS LAW OR ORDINANCE AS REQUIRED BY 24 CFR 115.2 AND 115.8. THE INFORMATION THEREON ENABLES OUR REGIONAL FHEO STAFF TO CONDUCT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS OF THE AGENCY.
