Abstract: THIS AMENDMENT WILL PERMIT AN ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF DEMONSTRATING PLAN SUFFICIENCY WHICH REDUCES THE REPORTING REQUIRED OF PLAN ADMINISTRATORS TERMINATING SUFFICIENT PLANS BY ALLOWING AN ENROLLED ACTUARY TO CERTIFY THAT THE REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE IV AND THE REGULATIONS THEREUNDER ARE MET.
