Abstract: SECTION 73.1920 REQUIRES LICENSEES OF ALL BROADCAST STATIONS TO NOTIFY THE PERSON OR GROUP WHICH A PERSONAL ATTACK WAS MADE GIVING THE DATE, TIME AND IDENTIFICATION OF BROADCAST, A SCRIPT OKF TAPE OF THE ATTACK AND AN OFFER OF A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND OVER THE LICENSEES FACILITY. THIS NOTIFICATION SERVES THE PUBLIC INTEREST.
