Abstract: DECLINE INFORMATION CARDS WILL BE SENT TO APPLICANTS WHO WERE EXTENDED BUT DID NOT ACCEPT INVITATIONS TO SERVE AS PEACE CORPS VOLUNTEERS. TH AGENCY WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO ADDRESS PROBLEMS WITH THE VOLUNTEER DELIVERY SYSTEM AND INITIATE ACTION TO ALLEVIATE PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED THROUGH THE CARDS.
