Abstract: THE LAST SF-83 SUBMITTED FOR THIS COLLECTION ASKED FOR AN HOUR REDUCTION FROM 1000 HOURS TO 360 HOURS. THE OMB APPROVAL REDUCED IT TO 600 HOURS, WITH NO EXPLANATION FOR THE DIFFERENCE. NOAA WISHES TO COMPLETE THE REDUCTION OF HOURS.
