THIS RULEMAKING PROPOSES TO REDEFINE PARTS OF SECTION 65.91 IN ORDER TO REDUCE RESTRICTIONS ON MECHANICS WHO HAVE HAD THEIR MECHANIC CERTIFICATE OR RATINGS SUSPENDED. THE NEW PACKAGE SUBMITTED BEFORE DECEMBER SHOULD REFLECT THAT CHANGE.

INFORMATION COLLECTED SHOWS APPLICANT ELIGIBILITY. CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THESE JOB FUNCTIONS.
