Abstract: UNDER SECTION 11A(B) OF THE SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 (THE "ACT" THE COMMISSION MUST MAKE CERTAIN SPECIFIED FINDINGS BEFORE IT CAN GRAN AN APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION AS AN EXCLUSIVE SECURITIES INFORMATION PROCESSOR. RULE 11AB2-1 AND FORM SIP, ADOPTED IN 1975, ARE DESIGNED T PROVIDE THE COMMISSION WITH INFORMATION THAT IS NECESSARY TO ENABLE IT TO MAKE THE REQUIRED FINDINGS.
