REPORTS ARE USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRANT AWARDS. ED FORM 436-2, FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT AND WEEA INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PERFORMANCE REPORT ARE TO BE USED BY THE GRANTEES FOR SUCH REPORTS.
