Abstract: RECEIPIENTS OF GRANTS UNDER THE WEEA PROGRAM ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A FINANCIAL STATUS AND A PERFORMANCE REPORT ANNUALLY. REPORTS ARE USED TO MONITOR COMPLIANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRANT AWARDS. ED FORM 436-2, FINANCIAL STATUS REPORT AND WEEA INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PERFORMANCE REPORT ARE TO BE USED BY THE GRANTEES FOR SUCH REPORTS.
