Abstract: SECTION 74.784 LOW POWER TV AND TV TRANSLATOR STATIONS SHALL NOT BROADCAST ANOTHER BROADCAST STATION'S PROGRAMS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF ORIGINATING STATION AND NOTIFICATION TO FCC ALONG WITH CERTIFICATIO OF REBROADCAST APPROVAL. THIS RULE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 325(A) OF THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED.
