Abstract: TVA UTILIZES THIS COLLECTION OF FORMS WHEN RESPONDING TO REQUESTS FROM COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL POWER CUSTOMERS FOR ENERGY MANAGEMENT SURVEYS. THE COLLECTION SATISFIES THE NEED FOR INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE SURVEY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF ONLY THOSE BUSINESSES WITH EXPRESS A DESIRE TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR SURVEY PROGRAM.
