Abstract: TVA USES THESE FORMS TO ASSIST COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL ENERGY CONSUMERS PROMOTE ENERGY CONSERVATION BY EVALUATING THEIR ENERGY DEMAND AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION. CONSUMERS REQUEST AN ENERGY MANAGEMENT SURVEY AND THE FORMS ARE USED TO COLLECT THE REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR THE SURVEY. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC CONSISTS OF ONLY THOSE BUSINESSES REQUESTING A SURVEY.
