DEPARTMENT'S EFFORTS TO COMPLY WITH NACCP V. MARSHALL, CIVIL ACTION
NO. 2010-72, U.S.D.C., IN ADDITION TO FEDERAL REGULATIONS AT 20 CFR
PARTS 651, 653 AND 658 WHICH WERE PUBLISHED AS A RESULT OF THE
SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT IN THIS COURT CASE. THE FORMS WILL ALLOW THE
PUBLIC TO FILE COMPLAINTS. THE REPORT WILL ALLOW THE DEPARTMENT TO
TRACK THE SERVICES PROVIDED FARMWORKERS BY THE STATE EMPLOYMENT
SERVICE AGENCIES.
