Abstract: THIS FORM IS NEEDED TO COLLECT THE DATA NECESSARY WHEN A STUDENT'S FAMILY FINANCIAL SITUATION CHANGES, TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE STUDENT I ELIGIBLE FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID FUNDS, AND TO CALCULATE A UNIFORM METHODOLOGY NUMBER WHICH FINANCIAL AID ADMINISTRATORS MAY USE TO AWARD ALL OTHER TYPES OF FINANCIAL AID.
