PETROLEUM DRY CLEANING PLANTS KEEP
RECORDS, NOTIFY EPA WHEN THEY INSTALL A FACILITY AFFECTED BY THE
STANDARD, AND SUBMIT REPORTS OF PERFORMANCE TESTS OF RECOVERY
DRYERS. THE AGENCY USES THIS INFORMATIO TO ENSURE THAT THE BEST
DEMONSTRATED CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IS BEING USED TO REDUCE EMISSIONS
AND THAT THE EMISSION REDUCTION SYSTEM IS PROPERLY OPERATED AND
MAINTAINED CONTINUOUSLY.
