BEFORE NASA CONTRACTORS ACQUIRE NEW
EQUIPMENT UNDER NASA CONTRACTS THEY MUST CHECK FOR AVAILABILITY OF
THE EQUIPMENT WITHIN NASA. THE 1419 IS ALREADY USED BY DOD FOR THIS
PURPOSE. WE USE 1419'S RATHER THAN CREATING A DIFFERENT FORM.
HOWEVER, WE REQUIRE LESS DATA ON THE 1519 THAN DOD AND HAVE
RECENTLY REDUCED THOSE REQUIREMENTS AGAIN (SEE ITEM 19).
