Abstract: IN ORDER TO RECEIVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, GRANT RECIPIENTS MUST COMPLE AND SIGN THE L&WCF PROJECT AGREEMENT, NPS 10-902. IT SETS FORTH THE OBLIGATIONS ASSUMED BY THE STATE THROUGH ITS ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL ASSISTANCE INCLUDING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO THE CONDU OF A PROJECT UNDER THE L&WCF ACT AND ANY SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO THE PROJECT ESTABLISHED BY NPS AND AGREED UPON.
