approve this ICR revision at this time because not enough
information has been provided to evaluate the practical utility of
the information that engine manufacturers are being required to
store and report. Upon resubmission, EPA should provide a better
descriptio of the information, how it will be generated, recorded,
collected, processed and used by the agency. The agency should also
add a credible estimate of the additional burden hours this rule
imposes.
