extension of clearance for the existing paperwork is approved.
However, OMB will hold the respondent and burden hour estimates
constant with levels in the current inventory. The OMB inventory
shows fewer respondents than indicated in the supporting statement
for the proposed extension, yet the Department is claiming there
are now fewer burden hours due to fewer respondents than the last
OMB review. OMB, of course, will accept an inventory correction
worksheet that adequately explains the discrepancy.
