The recordkeeping requirement associated with the Job Order Form is approved through January 1987 to enable the Department to complete its ESARS activities. Since DOL is no longer requiring States to collect the information on the Job Order Form, OMB requests that DOL initiate rulemaking by September 1, 1986, to eliminate this recordkeeping requirement, found at 20 CFR 652.8(d)(5).
