THIS SYSTEM IS MANDATED BY P.L. 95-507, AND THE ESTIMATED ADMINISTRATIVE BURDEN IS MINIMAL REQUIRING THE CONTRACTOR AN ESTIMATED .16 HOUR TO RESPOND ANNUALLY. I CONTAINS NO PRIVACY ACT OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION.
