Abstract: EPA REQUIRES APPLICANTS FOR PCB DISPOSAL MERITS TO PROVIDE A SAMPLING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN AS WELL AS AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION IN EVALUATING THE ABILITY OF THE FACILITY TO DISPOSE OF PBC'S SAFELY.
