Abstract: FORM ACP-245 IS USED TO DETERMINE NEED AND ELIGIBILITY OF APPLICANTS INTERESTED IN OBTAINING COST-SHARING ASSISTANCE UNDER ONE OF THE RELAT CONSERVATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS. THE REGULATIONS AT 7 CFR PAR 701 SET FORTH THE BASIC POLICY, PROGRAM PROVISIONS, AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATION PROGRAM, EMERGENCY CONSERVATION PROGRAM AND FORESTRY INCENTIVES PROGRAM.
