Abstract: FORM ACP-245 IS USED TO DETERMINE NEED AND ELIGIBILIT OF APPLICANTS INTERESTED IN OBTAINING COST-SHARING ASSISTANCE UNDER ON OF THE RELATED CONSERVATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMS. THE REGULATIO AT 7 CFR PART 701 SET FORTH THE BASIC POLICY, PROGRAM PROVISIONS, AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF AGRICULTURAL CONSERVATI PROGRAM, EMERGENCY CONSERVATION PROGRAM, AND FORESTRY INCENTIVES PROGRAMS.
