Abstract: THIS DATA COLLECTION PROVIDES NIMH, THE STATES, AND THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD WITH GENERAL PURPOSE STATISTICS ON THE SOCIODEMOGRAPHIC, CLINICAL AND SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS OF PERSONS RECEIVING MENTAL HEALT CARE IN INPATIENT, OUTPATIENT, AND PARTIAL CARE PROGRAMS. THIS DATA WILL BE COLLECTED ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS FROM A SCIENTIFIC SAMPLE OF CLIENTS/PATIENTS SERVED.
